Chapter 1: Making a Dream

If you have read the first volume then you know that the creation of the first episode was covered in Chapter 23 of that volume. While I could take the lazy approach of just duplicating that chapter here, instead I will write the chapter from scratch using the new chapter format I plan to use for the rest of this book. This will allow you to comment on the new chapter format so that I can change the format if everyone hates it.
