Player Setup

This took a lot longer than I thought it would. First, I needed a radio button. I didn't want to use the MX library as it adds a fair chunk to the file size. In this ever increasing broadband world this is probably not an issue, but I want small files so created a simple radio button class.

Next comes the layout of the player names and radio buttons. This is not that difficult but it is a bit time consuming. I made the names editable so players can rename the players if they so desired.

While none of this was overly complex to do, it was a quite a bit of code so took a bit longer than I desired.
