Level 6: Chains

This level is a neat level as it requires a bit of thought to complete. Of course, there is a slime chasing you, but if you understand how slimes work, you can easily find a safe spot to rest while you figure things out. For those who are stumped, lets go over this level in detail.

The first thing to do is to climb up the rope to the metal platform. Cross the platform, picking up an energy crystal, and then cross the chain until you fall onto the next chain. If the slime hasn’t reached the metal platform, you can pause here. Cross the chain to the mini-rope and climb up the rope to the platform. Run across the platform and drop down to the lower half of the platform. Run across it and drop to the chain below. Move to the left until you drop down to another chain. Carefully drop down one chain and then follow that chain to the rope. Climb up the rope to get an energy crystal and then follow the chain to get the hole.

Here comes the tricky procedure. Drop off the chain and then run to the bottom of the ladder. Wait for the slime to get closer to the ladder than the rope and then climb up the ladder. Cross the chain until you drop and make a run for the rope. Climb up to the platform again. Cross the platform and chains to get to the rope. Climb up the rope, move over, climb up the next rope, move over to the top most rope then move over again and follow the chains until you reach the ladder. Climb the ladder to the top chain and move to the far right. Drop down to retrieve the energy crystal. Climb back up the ladder to the lower chain and drop the portable hole. Fall through the hole picking up the crystal as you fall. Climb up rope then move left until you fall onto a chain. Keep moving left and you will fall onto another chain. Keep going left then race the slime to the ladder. Climb up the ladder and cross the chain to the rope and climb up the platform.

From the platform work your way to the second of the three short ropes. Climb to the top of this rope and cross the chain. Once you are at the end of the chain you will fall over one of the three remaining energy crystals. Drop down one chain and move left until you fall off the chain onto another energy crystal. Continue left and fall onto the last crystal. The slime is probably really near so you are going to have to be quick. Drop off the chains and run to the ladder. Wait for the slime to be closer to the ladder than the rope then climb the ladder and cross the chain. Climb up the rope to the platform. Cross the platform and the chain to the rope. Climb up to the platform and work your way to the lower platform. Drop down to the chain and use the chain to enter the exit.
