Level 1: Three Towers

This is a fairly simple gather and avoid level. The only big thing that you need to worry about when trying to solve this level is that you don't use all your holes on the slimes before you have gathered all the energy crystals that require digging.

The slimes start the game on the top of the screen. I find that the slime on the middle tower likes to take a shortcut down, so wait until it leaves the tower and then climb up the ladder to the middle tower. Working your way to the top is fairly easy. Once you have the energy crystals and the portable hole, work your way down until you are on the second platform above the ground. Use the rightmost ladder and climb down one notch. Wait on the ladder until the two slimes on the tower next to you are clumped together on the first floor above the ground. As soon as the slime on the right tower has started climbing the ladder move to the right so you fall all the way to the ground. You want the slime to follow you up the ladder to the middle tower where you will be placing a hole over the floating crystal after you have run over it but be careful that the other two slimes don't also follow you. Wait for the slime to make the hole a permanent hole then jump through the hole. Run to the tower on the right.

Working your way to the top is fairly easy. Once you have the energy crystals and the portable hole, jump of the right side of the tower. The slimes will try to get to you, so quickly climb up the ladder and drop a hole above the energy crystal. Move back to the ladder, and as soon as one of the slimes has formed a permanent hole, climb down the ladder. This may not be necessary, as occasionally (based on how quick you do things) one of the slimes will be stuck on the left tower. If there are two slimes grouped together, climbing down the ladder will make the other slime fall through the hole or climb back down the ladder. In any case, wait until the last slime is near enough that it will follow you, and climb back up the ladder. Run to the middle ladder and climb down to get the energy crystal. Now you must run to the tower on the left of the screen and climb up the ladder.

Working your way to the top is fairly easy. Once you have the energy crystals and the portable hole, work your way back down the tower and dDrop a hole over the floating energy crystal. Jump through the hole. Notice where the exit gate is? Not good. But if you move to the ladder and wait for the slime to get near you, getting it to become a permanent hole is no big problem. Head to the exit and you are done.
